Loader Instruction

The account for Loader is separate from the account on the website.
All operations are performed on the second computer. Your gaming computer does not require any operations or downloads.

Download Loader & Place it in a folder

Download Loader from card above. After download, please place it into an empty folder before run it.

Register an account on Loader & Login once

Username & Password length must more than 3 and less than 10
When running the Loader for the first time, it is normal for an error to appear in the console.
  1. Run Scarlet.exe as Administrator.
  2. Goto Register Tab and Register your account.
  1. After registering, goto Login and login the account.
    (Before recharge subscription, you should log into the account once to download all dependency files before recharging the account.)

Some Error appeared is common for first time

  1. It make take a while to download all the files. Once it complete, the available products tab will be appeared.
  1. After the products rab appeared, you can now close it.

Recharge Account's Subscription

  1. Run again Scarlet.exe as ADMINISTRATOR.
  2. Goto Recharge Tab, fill in your registered username, password and card (license key).
  3. Click Recharge.

Login and Load the software

Only one software can access the DMA at a time; Yyou cannot run multiple DMA software or run DMA software alongside with DMA Speed Test software simultaneously.
  1. After recharged successful, goto Login tab and login.
  2. The expiration time of the recharged game subscription should now be displayed in green. Click Start.
  3. Once the menu pops up, you can enjoy it!

Reset Steps

  1. Visit the License Portal
  2. Navigate to License Management
  3. Select Apex Legends license
  4. Click “Reset HWID”
  5. Wait 24 hours before next reset
Limited to one reset per 24-hour period
