4K FUSER UPDATE MANUAL

Step 1: Enter Update Mode

  1. Ensure the fuser is connected to the power supply and USB-C interface.

  2. Press the power button at the back while simultaneously pressing the button below the D60 at the front.

  3. Verify the indicator light at the bottom left of the fuser remains red.

Step 2: Prepare the Software Package

Obtain the required software package from the official designated channel to ensure safety and compatibility.

Step 3: Connect and Start the Update

  1. Connect the fuser to your computer via the USB interface with the prepared software package.

  2. The fuser will automatically recognize and begin reading the update data from the package.

Step 4: During the Update Process

Do not disconnect the power supply or USB connection to avoid update failure or potential damage to the fuser.

Important Notes:

  • The update process involves erasing the original program and may take approximately 10-30 minutes, depending on your computer's performance. Please be patient.

  • If you encounter any anomalies or the update takes unusually long (e.g., overnight), contact technical support for assistance.


Step 5: Launch the Update Software (FWUPG_v1.2)

Follow these steps to start the firmware update:

Warning: Install the CH340N driver before proceeding with the update!

  1. Select Port: Choose COM3 (or as displayed on your computer).

  2. Select File Type: Choose “BIN” for the firmware file extension.

  3. Locate Firmware: Click the “...” button at the top right to find the firmware file path.

  4. Open File: Select and open the firmware file.

  5. Start Update: Click “Send.” The fuser's indicator light will turn green. Wait until the software indicates that the sending process is complete before turning off the fuser.

Congratulations! You have successfully updated your 4K fuser.
