Enter Upgrade Mode

  1. Ensure the fuser is connected to the power supply and USB-C interface.
  2. Press the power button, and within one second after the red light turns on, press the button on the left of the front panel. The indicator will remain red, indicating the fuser is in firmware upgrade mode.
  3. Verify the indicator light at the bottom left of the fuser remains red and you are now in Firmware Upgrade Mode.

Prepare the Software Package

Obtain the required software package from the official designated channel to ensure safety and compatibility.

Connect and Start the Upgrade

  1. Connect the fuser to your computer via the USB interface with the prepared software package.
  2. The fuser will automatically recognize and begin reading the upgrade data from the package.

During the Upgrade Process

Do not disconnect the power supply or USB connection to avoid upgrade failure or potential damage to the fuser.

The upgrade process involves erasing the original program and may take approximately 10-30 minutes, depending on your computer’s performance. Please be patient.

If you encounter any anomalies or the upgrade takes unusually long (e.g., overnight), contact technical support for assistance.

Launch the Upgrade Software (FWUPG_v1.2)

Firmware Burning

Install CH340N driver before proceeding with the upgrade!

  1. Select Port: Choose COM3 (or as displayed on your computer).
  2. Select File Type: Choose BIN for the firmware file extension.
  3. Locate Firmware: Click the ... button at the top right to find the firmware file path.
  4. Open File: Select and open the firmware file.
  5. Start Upgrade: Click Send. The fuser’s indicator light will turn green. Wait until the software indicates that the sending process is complete before turning off the fuser.
